Events & Offsite Catering by Hamlet
Hamlet can cater for 40 seated diners or 100 standing for canapés at our cafe location nestled on Hobart’s leafy rivulet.
We can also cater offsite for any number of guests if you’d prefer to host your event at another venue.
We can provide a sample wedding catering menu or events catering menu on request.
Our events are custom catered to your requirements. We work with a great network of vendors across Hobart who can help make your event really special.
The Mentor Series
Once a month, Hamlet hosts a well respected professional chef, who works with a team of past and present Hamlet participants to whip up a three course Sunday lunch. Some of the amazing guest chefs we’ve hosted include Dave Verheul, Guy + Carlo Grossi, and Pat Nourse.
Our participants get an invaluable insight into the workings of a busy kitchen. You get to eat, drink, and be merry.
